An interview with Alyssa Sorto:
Where were you born, and how was life growing up? I was born in North Bergen, New Jersey. And life was good. My parents raised me with an overwhelming amount of love. My family was close knit my entire life. School was tough.. I had two best friends whom are still like my sisters to date. But asides from them I didn’t have many girl friends. I was bullied a lot. But things panned out for me I’d say. *Laughs*
How did you get your start in modeling? I had always wanted to model, I was just in a relationship for a long time that didn’t allow for that to happen. I since then found independence and indulged myself in the idea of modeling and branching out from that. I started having photoshoots. I gained momentum online and I’ve been working with different boutiques since.
Favorite Sex position? I’m a reverse cowgirl fan. But if the lust is right, missionary is powerful and intimate.
Have you ever kissed a girl? Yes. I had this girl once… It was actually in high school! She drove me crazy. I think I loved her for a little while. As much as you can love at 16 *laughs*
What has been your most memorable experience as a model? I would say my first lingerie shoot… The photographer I had was amazing and one of my good friends. He really opened me up to the idea that I could be sensual without losing my elegance. It definitely boosted my confidence, enough so I can now do these shoots present day!
What would the average person say about you? I think the average person just views me for the physical. It is apparent. But if they have any substance within themselves they can look at me see my mind is what sets me apart.
Describe your most embarrassing moment. This is easy. It happened a few months ago. I was at a get together at a “celebrities” mansion here in Miami, I had just bought these thin linen pants from Zara that fit me pretty snug. I bent over and they completely ripped down my ass and my legs. I had to hold what was left of the pants together in order to make my shameful exit. I laugh now. I was FURIOUS then.
What’s your biggest turn on? I like a man that controls a room without even having to say, or do much. A man who reads, and thinks in depth, that’s quite the turn on. But I like a thuggish style too. I’m from NYC I guess it’s a bad habit. *laughs*
What do guys compliment you most on? My smile ..and I’ve told on a few occasions I have a certain look that I do with my eyes? Who knows but, yeah, that. My smile and my stare.
What do you sleeping in? I feel sexiest in a mans wife-beater or in just his t-shirt. Nothing else under.
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go? I want to go to South Africa. Sounds wild, but one of my professors does some studies out there on chimps and the footage he had from his trips was remarkable. I need to experience it for myself. OH and of course Cuba. My family is from Piñar Del Rio and Isla De Pino.. We still have family there. I want to visit both as soon as I can.
We know you’re a model and all, but you must have a favorite food. What is it? I LOVE yellowtail sashimi in ponzu sauce with jalepeños. So good. I could eat it every day. But as for dessert.. I’m addicted to Chips Ahoy Chewy cookies.
What are your dreams and goals? I want to bring back the idea that a woman can be sexy and still have a strong thought process to back it up. I’m a junior in college for Fashion Marketing right now, so I hope to come out with my own brand of clothing. I’ve dreamt of it since I was a child. But essentially my goal is to write a book. I have an abundance of material in this dome *laughs* so I just need to get it out on paper.
Would you prefer a guy to pursue you, or do you like to be the aggressor? Definitely want him to be the aggressor ..but I want some wiggle room to be able to take dominance in CERTAIN occasions.
First Job: I worked as head of sales for a spa and salon. I still miss it! Those were simpler days. I’ll always have love for that store.
How does someone contact you for a modeling project? I just recently signed on to be managed by 7Talent Agency and I have an email set up. If someone wants to inquire booking me they can shoot a message and my manager will work it out with them.
What is the largest gift offered to go out on a date with you? Someone offered to take me to Paris for dinner ….I said I didn’t have a passport *laughs* I’m not into giving up my time and goods for lavish things. You’ve got to mentally draw me in.
Would you date a guy that you met on social network? I have. I don’t think it works too well. I like old fashioned – spur of the moment – meeting.
Do you have a passport? I need to get one! I’m working on it. I’ve got places to go.
